I've never been fan of legal mumbo-jumbo, so here it goes: 

 King Bee Guitars are in no way affiliated with Fender Musical Instruments Corporation.  We recommend that anyone who wants a real Fender guitar should go to his nearest authorized Fender dealer to buy one of their guitars.  We also want to stress the fact that we do not want anyone to put a Fender decal on one of our guitars as doing so would just be wrong.  Our guitars come with our own King Bee decal on the headstock to ensure that your friends or audience will know that you aren't playing a Fender.  In addition, WE DO NOT USE FENDER HEADSTOCK SHAPES - Quite frankly, we don't want our guitars to be mistaken for Fender guitars any more than Fender Musical Instruments Corporation does. 

We are a boutique shop that only makes a handful of guitars for very discriminating players who know exactly what they want.  The usual scenario that we encounter is an experienced player who has been to all of the stores and has been unable to find exactly what he is looking for.  We are not in competition with Fender Musical Instruments Corporation as we provide our customers with instruments that are unlike any of the instuments manufactured or marketed by  Fender Musical Instruments Corporation. 

Quick synopsis:  If you want a mass-produced guitar solely because it has a decal on the headstock that says "Fender"  we suggest that you buy a real Fender guitar.  They make LOTS of them and you can buy one at Guitar Center or Musician's Friend.  King Bee Guitars are not made, endorsed, or approved by Fender Musical Instruments CORPORATION.
