Customer Testimonials
Customer Service is King here in my little shop in Texas...just ask anyone who's done business with me and you will hear the same story over and over again - SERVICE, SERVICE, SERVICE! Here are some of the kind words that just some of my customers have had to say about King Bee Guitars

I ordered an Olympic White S-Type with the Fat Maple neck from Louis and it has exceeded my expectations on what a s-type guitar was capable of.  Louis worked with me to discuss what kind of electronics to put in this baby.  I wanted a humbucker in the bridge to give it some beef, but after several discussions with Louis, he thought a Lollar P-90 would sound good in the bridge position.  I thought what the heck, he knows what he's doing.  Boy was I right.  Besides the wonderful relic he put on the guitar, this thing sounds incredible.  The P-90 in combination with the Lollar Specials sound fantastic.  Louis worked very hard in totally customizing this guitar to what I wanted.  I wanted to be able to add the P-90 to any position and he custom routed a mint green pickguard to have one volume, one tone, and a toggle switch that would add the P-90 to the neck or allow for all three pickups to be on at once.  Try to get that service from anyone else, it's not happening.

Hey, I just got back from a rehearsal with the T-model.
Can I just say, Holy Crap!!! Never heard a tele that full-bodied,
with that much beef and twang! And, the way you wired it! Ingenious!

I found that when in the middle position, when I roll back slightly on the volume for the bridge
pickup, I get this SWEET-ass Santana'esque tone, but with amazing twang and sustain!
Completely unlike what you would get by only rolling off on a tone-pot.
Same dark and meaty tone, but with the way you set it up, it retains ALL the tone!
I'm thoroughly amazed

-Richard Lundmark, Sweden

I received the S-type guitar today. It is absolutely the best playing and sounding S-type guitar that I've ever owned. Those Lollars are amazing! It's my new favorite pickup manufacturer. It is beefy, warm and has NONE of the jangly attributes of a Strat. It's more like a warm Tele in the bridge position (reminiscent of the Brent Mason Valley Arts). The other two pickups are like turbocharged Strat pickups. Overall, the best, most balanced system to date! The tone control to the bridge pickup along with that makes this thing REALLY stand out.

"I just recieved the reliced neck I ordered from you. As you may recall it is for a Fender 1957 Stratocaster reissue that needed a replacement neck. I can't tell you how happy I am with your product. For starters, the neck is as straight as an arrow, the fret work is immaculate, and the nut is cut perferctly. In other words, ready to be seriously played and enjoyed right out of the box. The icing on the cake is how brilliant the relicing is. The vintage tint and play wear you created as per my best desription could not have been closer to the mark. Thanks for listening and being committed to delighting the customer !

"Really, I'm blown away. I don't know what to say. It far exceeds my expectations. Your pictures looked great, but I honestly never expected something like this. It feels great, it looks great...I couldn't be happier.
- Sean Linehan, The Big Apple

"I am one hundred percent satisfied with this beauty!!! I had dreamed of such a nice guitar before owning this one. The wood (nice flame on the neck matching to my E. Johnson Stratocaster Neck) sounds very nice and the laquer is fantastic. A few years ago I bought a Telecaster from the Fender Custom Shop in persuit of my dream Telecaster but (even if I paid too much money for it) it didn't satisfy me at all. The Tennessee Jed on the other hand is absolutely outstanding in tone and look. I love it!!! Thank you very much for building this guitar! I was planning to sell this guitar in my store but I like it so much that I will honor your work and keep this guitar for myself."
- Stefan Kahl, Germany - King Bee Guitars International Dealer

"I contacted Louis to ask if he could supply and relic a neck for my Frusciante '62 Stratocaster replica. The job was done quickly and completely to my satisfaction, arriving very well packed. I wanted a '62 style neck with a dark amber tint, vintage tall frets, Tusq nut and flatter radius which looked every day of 45 years old and that's exactly what I got. Louis' work is on a par with, if not better than, anything else at the top the market. His aged Klusons and other hardware are the icing on the cake. Full marks to King Bees!!"
-Ian McLKeever, Ireland

"Anthony has made me feel like a very important customer. He works fast and will make bodies and necks exactly the way you want it. Heavy relic, medium and light he does it all and emails a pic of it to you for your approval before he ships it out. I continue to order parts and materials from Anthony and consider him a good friend I can rely on."
-Tom Armijo Pasadena, California

"I wanted to replace the too-thin neck on my beat-up '52 Telecaster reissue. Louis asked a lot of questions about what I was after. The new neck is beautiful - a nice dusky, deep amber color. Looks and feels like it's been played in smoke-filled bars for forty years! Thanks!"
- John DeMeo , Connecticut

"Just wanted to let you know that the guitar arrived on Thursday without any problems. You have done a great job of setting this guitar up - the intonation is spot and and after a small raise of the action it's just how I like it. And wow, is it resonant - that one piece body just sings. The neck is just as fat as I was hoping and the pickups and electronics are amazing. It has great snap just like a tele should."
- Jeremy Olfert, Canada Hi,received my relic Tele neck and was very happy with the quality and workmanship that went into it and it plays like a dream!I Salute you on a job well done! Thanks a million! -John Wamback, Nova Scotia,Canada!
